Parcel sizes and what fits

Envelopes are ideal for documents; Small and Medium suit everyday boxes; Large and above cover bulky items. If your item is fragile, high-value or unusually shaped, declare it accurately and contact support before drop-off.

Paying on collection

The receiver pays the delivery fee at collection by M-Pesa and receives a collection code by SMS or WhatsApp.
