Where do I find my tracking number?
- It is printed on the QR label or receipt given at drop-off.
- You also receive it by SMS or WhatsApp when the parcel is registered.
- Workspace users can copy it from Orders.
- The sender can share the tracking link directly with the receiver.
What each scan means
- Dropped off — the partner office has accepted the parcel.
- In transit — the parcel is moving between partner offices.
- Ready for collection — the parcel is at the destination office.
- Collected — the receiver has paid (where applicable) and collected.
