How to track a parcel in Kenya

Tracking tells you where a parcel is and what happens next. Here is how to read the scans and use the collection code.

Find your tracking number

The sender gets a tracking number and QR label at registration. Receivers can also track with a Locker ID or errand reference when provided.

Read the scan history

Each scan shows a status, location and time: dropped off, handed to transporter, in transit, arrived at destination and ready for collection. Gaps usually mean the next office has not scanned yet.

Collection and support

When the parcel is ready, sign in as a customer to see all your parcels and pay the delivery fee by M-Pesa. Keep the collection code for the office. If a parcel is delayed or lost, contact support or open a claim from the tracking page.
