Where to find your tracking number
- On the QR label or receipt given at drop-off
- In the SMS or WhatsApp notification sent at registration
- In your workspace under Orders, if you are sending as a business
- From the sender — they can share the tracking link directly
Some parcels also use a Locker ID. Both are accepted on the tracking page.
Track without signing in
Open Track Mzigo and enter the tracking number or Locker ID. No account is needed, which makes it easy to share with a receiver.
What each scan means
- Dropped off — the partner office has accepted the parcel.
- In transit — the parcel is moving between partner offices.
- Ready for collection — it has arrived and the delivery fee is due.
- Collected — the receiver has paid (where applicable) and taken the parcel.
If tracking updates stop
Allow a little time for the next office to scan the parcel, especially overnight or during peak periods. Then refresh the page and confirm the sender used the correct destination office.
If there is no update for an unusual period, contact support with the tracking number. If a parcel is lost, damaged or significantly delayed, open a claim from the Claims page.
Covered parcels have extra peace of mind: Mzigo.online is the first Kenyan company to offer parcel insurance, and claims are assessed against the value declared at registration.
Tips for receivers
- Keep the phone number registered on the parcel reachable.
- Save the tracking link to check status before travelling to the office.
- Confirm the fee and collection code at the counter.
