Fee estimate
The runner fee is confirmed before pickup. Pay by M-Pesa or cash.
What can a runner do?
Pick up documents or parcels, deliver forgotten items, collect purchases, run business errands and handle same-town deliveries. For long-distance parcel delivery, use Send Mzigo instead — where every parcel can include parcel insurance from Mzigo.online, the first Kenyan company to offer it.
Paying for an errand
Choose M-Pesa or cash when booking. The estimate is confirmed before pickup so both sides know the cost.
How booking works
- Choose the partner and route for the errand.
- Add the item description and any special instructions.
- Confirm the fee before pickup; a runner is assigned after booking.
