Every errand shows its fee before you accept it, so you always know what the job pays. There are no joining fees and no charges to receive work.
Completed jobs appear in your runner dashboard with your earnings and payout details. Payouts are sent by M-Pesa to the number you save in your profile.

Your dashboard walks you through a short profile — your areas, vehicle, availability days and payout number. Once that is complete you can switch availability on and get matched with errands.

- Do I need a vehicle? No — walking, boda, car and van runners can all be considered depending on the route.
- Can I choose my hours? Yes. Set the days and time window that suit you and switch availability on when you want work.
- Is there a joining fee? No. Joining and receiving work are free.
- How do I get paid? Earnings are paid by M-Pesa to the payout number in your profile after completed jobs.
